About these Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and use of The FRESH Method digital products sold through Wholenovia. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Digital product

The FRESH Method – 21-Day Bad Breath Reset™ is a digital educational program containing information, routines and self-observation tools. Where offered and actively selected at checkout, Beyond the Breath™ is an optional digital add-on.

The materials provide general educational and habit-building information only. They are not medical or dental advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not promise a particular health outcome. Seek advice from a qualified dentist or healthcare professional for persistent, severe, unexplained or worsening symptoms.

Eligibility

The products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract.

Price and payment

The price of The FRESH Method – 21-Day is USD 27 as a one-time payment. The checkout page displays the final amount, applicable taxes and any optional add-on selected before the order is submitted. No subscription is created unless it is expressly identified and accepted at checkout.

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. The order is completed only after payment is successfully authorized.

Delivery and access

The product is delivered digitally, normally by email or through an access link after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam or promotions folders. If access is not received, contact support@wholenovia.com.

Right of withdrawal and immediate digital delivery

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract under applicable law. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may be lost once supply begins only where the consumer has first expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the resulting loss of the statutory withdrawal right, and the legally required confirmation has been provided.

Any consent requested at checkout must be given by a separate positive action. These Terms alone do not constitute that consent. If the legal conditions for loss of the statutory withdrawal right are not met, the consumer’s mandatory rights remain unaffected.

60-day money-back guarantee

In addition to any mandatory legal rights, purchases of The FRESH Method – 21-Day are covered by a 60-calendar-day money-back guarantee. A customer may request a full refund for any reason within 60 calendar days from the purchase date by emailing support@wholenovia.com, preferably from the email address used for the order, and providing the name and email associated with the purchase.

No screenshots, completed diary or proof of having followed all 21 days are required. The reason for the request may be invited to help improve the product but is optional and is not a condition of the guarantee.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The guarantee may be used once per customer for the same product. Clearly fraudulent requests, repeat purchases after a prior refund for the same product, or evident abuse may be refused to the extent permitted by law. The commercial guarantee does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Intellectual property and permitted use

All content, materials, text, graphics, guides, trademarks and digital products are owned by or licensed to Antonella Stefania Lisena and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

A purchase grants one customer a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-commercial licence to use the purchased materials. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense, modify for resale or commercially exploit the materials without prior written permission.

Availability and changes

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website and digital delivery available. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Product content may be updated to improve clarity or functionality, provided that mandatory conformity and consumer rights are respected.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antonella Stefania Lisena is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or digital materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights and the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content where applicable.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers continue to benefit from any mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence.

For consumers, jurisdiction belongs to the competent court determined by mandatory consumer law, including the court of the consumer’s residence or domicile where applicable. In other cases, the courts of Latina, Italy have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version made available when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law or accepted by the customer.
